Ramona Black / Marketing Coordinator / Office Manager — Ramona Black is a Chicago transplant bringing a wide array of marketing experience to the company. She produces the company's newsletter, coordinates mailings, ads and other media sources as well as providing customer service in the office. She is also responsible for all of Perennial’s customer accounts from phone service to invoicing.
